Intake information includes your name, survey firm, work email, phone number, project name, jurisdiction, county, optional property address and title order number, requested timing, estimated scope counts, CAD preferences, notes, and consent records.
Project information includes uploaded title reports, supporting documents, optional reference DXF files, extracted text, review tables, draft CAD outputs, delivery records, and communications. Payment information is processed by Stripe; TitleDraft receives transaction identifiers, status, amount, and limited billing/contact information rather than complete card details.
Technical information may include IP-derived rate-limit fingerprints, browser/user-agent information, request logs, security events, and anonymous funnel events.
How we use information
TitleDraft uses information to evaluate scope, secure and resume uploads, collect payment, perform and deliver the service, communicate about the project, correct or refund work, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, comply with law, and improve the service at an operational level.
OCR and AI-assisted processing
TitleDraft may process customer documents with OCR and AI-assisted tools under operator supervision to extract, classify, reconcile, and draft from source material. These tools may be provided by third parties. Outputs are treated as draft assistance. During the demand test, TitleDraft does not retain customer source documents or derived work products for model training or benchmark reuse.
Service providers
TitleDraft may use Vercel for website hosting and server execution; Supabase for database and private file storage; Stripe for payment processing and receipts; Resend for transactional email; Google Drive for restricted delivery; PostHog for privacy-limited funnel events; OpenAI for AI-assisted analysis; and OCR providers used during operator-led production.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. TitleDraft shares only what is reasonably needed for the applicable function and does not sell personal information.
File access and security
Customer source files are stored in private buckets rather than public URLs. Browser uploads receive short-lived authorization scoped to one object path. Operator download links expire. Server credentials are not sent to the browser. TitleDraft also limits accepted file types and checks stored file signatures. No security measure is perfect, and customers should submit only information reasonably needed for the work.
Retention and deletion
Unpaid, abandoned uploads are scheduled for deletion after seven days. Paid source files and generated project work are scheduled for deletion 30 days after delivery. Manual scope-review requests without files are scheduled for deletion after 30 days.
After project deletion, TitleDraft may retain minimal payment, consent, transaction, refund, fraud-prevention, and security records when reasonably necessary or legally required. Third-party processors may retain records under their own legal and backup schedules.
Analytics
TitleDraft's configured funnel analytics are limited to events such as starting intake, qualifying scope, completing upload, starting checkout, and completing payment. Names, emails, addresses, project names, filenames, document text, recording references, and signed URLs are not intentionally sent to analytics.
Your choices and requests
You may ask about your information, request correction, or request deletion of project information by emailing support@titledraft.com. Some records may be retained where needed for payment, security, dispute, or legal obligations. You may choose not to submit optional address, order-number, CAD, and project-note fields.
Children and public use
TitleDraft is a business service for professional survey teams and is not directed to children. Do not submit personal information unrelated to a professional project.
Changes and contact
TitleDraft may update this policy prospectively. The version accepted during intake is recorded with the project.
