No. TitleDraft is drafting and document-processing support. It does not provide surveys, legal descriptions for recordation, legal advice, title opinions, boundary or easement determinations, survey certification, or final professional interpretations.

No. The spreadsheet records the source language and drafting relevance. Applicability, legal effect, location, and final survey treatment remain with the responsible licensed professional.

The form submits it for manual scope review without collecting payment or requiring the title report. TitleDraft will reply by email if the project can be accepted.

Accessible HTTP(S) links are downloaded and saved with a predictable exception/recording-reference naming scheme. Inaccessible, expired, or login-protected links stay visible as missing or inaccessible.

It is a drafting status, not a legal conclusion. A potentially plottable item has source language that appears sufficient for a draft CAD attempt. The PLS still reviews the calls, units, basis, closure, location, applicability, and final treatment.

No. Only supported potentially plottable exceptions receive individual draft DXFs. Text-only, informational, ambiguous, missing-document, and out-of-scope items remain in the spreadsheet and review memo.

The draft file identifies calls used, documented source units, assumptions, closure and residual information, and unresolved questions. It does not claim final alignment, georeferencing, or firm-specific CAD compliance unless expressly agreed.

Within three business days after payment and receipt of usable files. TitleDraft will contact you if missing instruments or a material scope issue changes that expectation.

Only after the intake passes the standard scope gate and the title-report PDF is uploaded and verified. Stripe hosts the card checkout.

Report a missed written-scope item, source citation, transcription, or agreed formatting defect within seven calendar days after delivery. One correction pass is included. If TitleDraft cannot bring the delivery within scope after that correction, the fee is refunded.

Yes. TitleDraft may use OCR and AI-assisted extraction and review tools under operator supervision. AI output is treated as draft assistance, checked against source material, and never used as a substitute for licensed professional judgment.

Abandoned unpaid uploads are scheduled for deletion after seven days. Paid project source files and work products are scheduled for deletion 30 days after delivery. Minimal payment, consent, and security records may remain.
